Important: PrêtGo acts as an intermediary in banking operations and payment services (IOBSP). We are not a credit institution and do not directly grant credit. These Terms and Conditions govern the intermediation service. The specific credit conditions are set by the partner lending institution in its preliminary credit offer.

1. Subject and scope
These Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) are intended to define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the banking intermediation services offered by PrêtGo Services Financiers Inc. (hereinafter "PrêtGo").
They apply to any natural person (hereinafter "the Client") who uses PrêtGo's services accessible via the website capretgo.com or any other channel offered by PrêtGo.
By submitting a loan application via our services, the Client acknowledges having read, understood and accepted these T&Cs without reservation.
2. Description of services
2.1 Loan simulator
A free online tool providing indicative and non-contractual estimates of monthly payments, total cost and APR for different types of credit. Simulations are based on a fixed rate of 3.0% and do not constitute a credit offer.
2.2 Credit intermediation
PrêtGo analyses your loan application and submits it to one or more partner credit institutions that may be able to meet your needs. These services include:
- Analysis of your project and financial situation
- Selection of partner offers adapted to your profile
- Assistance in compiling your file
- Connection with the selected lending institution
- Monitoring your application until the final decision
2.3 Personalised advice
An advisory service from our specialist advisors, available by phone, email and chat, to guide you in your financing choices.
3. Pricing and remuneration
PrêtGo is remunerated exclusively by partner credit institutions in the form of commissions on loans granted. The Client pays no fees or charges to PrêtGo.
4. Eligibility conditions
To use PrêtGo's services, the Client must meet the following cumulative conditions:
- Be an adult natural person (aged 18 or over)
- Legally reside in Canada
- Hold a bank account domiciled in the EU/EEA
- Have the legal capacity to enter into contracts
5. Application process
- Simulation: Use our simulator to estimate your monthly payment based on the amount ($5,000 to $2,000,000) and term (12 to 360 months) desired.
- File submission: Complete the online application form with your personal and financial information.
- Analysis: Our advisors analyse your file and forward it to partners who may be able to finance you.
- Decision in principle: You receive a decision in principle within 24 business hours.
- File compilation: In the event of a favourable response, you submit the required supporting documents.
- Credit offer: The lending institution sends you a preliminary credit offer.
- Fund disbursement: After the 14-day statutory reflection period and your signed acceptance, the funds are paid to your account.
6. PrêtGo's obligations
PrêtGo undertakes to:
- Provide clear, accurate and non-misleading information on the products offered
- Present the essential characteristics of available credit offers
- Assess the Client's situation conscientiously and professionally
- Comply with its duty of warning if the credit is unsuitable for the Client's situation
- Communicate its remuneration on request before the contract is concluded
- Ensure the confidentiality of the Client's data in accordance with our privacy policy
- Respond to Client requests within a reasonable time (24 business hours)
7. Client's obligations
The Client undertakes to:
- Provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information when compiling their file
- Not submit any false documents
- Inform PrêtGo of any change in circumstances that may affect their application
- Not use the services for fraudulent or unlawful purposes
- Submit only one loan application at a time via PrêtGo
8. Right of withdrawal
The borrower has a period of 14 calendar days from acceptance of the preliminary credit offer to withdraw, without reason or penalty.
The withdrawal applies to the credit offer concluded with the lending institution. Use of PrêtGo's intermediation services (simulation, connection) does not give rise to withdrawal, as these services are free.
9. Liability
PrêtGo is responsible for errors committed in the exercise of its mission as a banking intermediary, within the limits provided for by law.
PrêtGo is not responsible for:
- Refusal of credit by the partner institution
- The pricing conditions and contractual clauses of the credit granted by the lending institution
- Consequences arising from false information provided by the Client
- Service interruptions related to external causes (maintenance, force majeure, cyber attack)
10. Termination
The Client may end their relationship with PrêtGo at any time and free of charge by notifying their request by email to contact@capretgo.com.
11. Dispute resolution
In the event of a dispute, the parties will endeavour to find an amicable solution. In the absence of amicable resolution within 2 months, the consumer Client may use the free consumer mediation service.

12. Amendments to the T&Cs
PrêtGo reserves the right to amend these T&Cs at any time. In the event of a material change, the Client will be notified by email with 30 days' notice. Use of the services after this period constitutes acceptance of the new T&Cs.
These T&Cs are governed by French law. In the event of translation, the French version shall prevail.
